In keeping with the mission of the Barnard Library's Personal Librarian program, the Barnard Archives is making strides in outreach and furthering the educational mission of the college. This short introductory session will explain how the Archives is increasing access to its collections with digital discovery tools and special collection resource guides. Using the Social Change Research Guide as a starting point, graduate school intern Anna Bernhard (MLIS in progress, Pratt Institute; MA, Medieval History, Trinity College, Dublin) will present new ideas about how to promote the use of archival materials by the Barnard community.

Following this presentation there will be a quick follow up overview by Marcia Bassett, College Archivist, on the Collections & Records page of the website.
