Barnard Library is hosting PLSN (Prison Library Support Network) for a Reference Letter event in partnership with the Brooklyn Public Library's Jail & Prison Libraries program. Come help us answer reference letters that Brooklyn Public Library has received from incarcerated patrons.

Here is a map of Barnard's campus; Milbank Hall is the building on the north side of campus (identifiable by the greenhouse on the roof). Enter the campus at 119th street for level access to Milbank Hall.
Accessible route: Enter at 119th street and go to the covered glass walkway toward the west side of campus. Enter Milbank Hall through this walkway and go to the end of the hallway; take a right and proceed to the elevator (on your right). Take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and take a left to get to Milbank 222.
Alternate route: Enter at 119th street and enter Milbank through the stairs at the front of the building. You can take the stairs or the elevator up the 2nd floor and take a left to get to Milbank 222.
There are gender inclusive bathroom facilities in Milbank Hall. Computers to use and wifi will be available, and food and drink are welcome.
