We're excited to introduce Hannah Sistrunk as one of our Archives Fellows for the 2016/2017 Academic Year!
Hannah is a graduate student at the Pratt Institute School of Information. She also works as a graduate researcher on the Linked Jazz Project team at Pratt Institute, and as an Archives Assistant at the American Civil Liberties Union National Office. With a background in professional archaeology, her interests include cultural heritage preservation and access and archival metadata. Hannah holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Hannah, along with Archives Fellow Cristina Fontanez Rodriguez, will be working with the Barnard Archives team on the NEH grant project College Women: Documenting the Student Experience at the Seven Sisters Colleges, which will include the digitization of early Barnard student scrapbooks for inclusion in the College Women Portal and Barnard's Digital Collections.
