On Friday, October 14, 2016 Barnard archivist Shannon O'Neill will present at Bridging the Gaps, at the New England Archivists meeting, held at the Yiddish Book Center of Amherst, Massachusetts. Shannon's talk will focus on research that looks at the accessibility of police records about violence committed by police, via their departmental websites. The talk will be inclusive of data that has been collected over the last two years, and Shannon will discuss the relationship between access and accountability in the archival record.
