Alicia Peaker

Associate Director of the Digital Humanities Center

Digital Humanities Center, Library

I am the Associate Director for the Digital Humanities Center and am thrilled to be a part of growing the DHC. I have a Ph.D. in English with a certificate in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Northeastern University. I am particularly interested in the intersections of digital humanities and environmental humanities. My own research playfully reconstructs the botanical worlds of novels through data visualization. Outside of work, you can usually find me in my balcony urban garden, bent over a jigsaw puzzle, or handbuilding pottery.
