Visitor Access

The Barnard Library is open to visitors by appointment only. If you are interested in visiting, please fill out the Barnard Library Visitor form.

We can only accommodate visits during the open hours of our Circulation & Help Desk.
The form will be reviewed Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Please submit your request at least 24 hours before your arrival as it is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate same-day visits.
Weekend visits must be requested by the afternoon of the preceding Friday. Same-day weekend requests will not be fulfilled.
Non-library visitors should contact the appropriate host department or person for guest access.
