Students from Monica Miller’s Africana Studies Colloquium on Black European Cultural Studies will contribute readings from the dynamic archive that surrounds this tribute to Queen Mary Thomas, leader of the 1878 Fireburn rebellion that shook the Danish empire.  This event is open to the public.
