She speaks about added features, like videos on Barnard librarians' online profiles, that help facilitate interactions remotely. Neptune also discusses inequities regarding students' access to equipment in remote environments, stating "Librarians have always been great at that. We are the people who notice that not everyone has access to a computer, not everybody has great Wi-Fi." Barnard is continuing its efforts in dealing with such issues.
